“Pausa pranzo in azienda, scegliamo di abbinare questo Barolo ad un fantastico prosciutto spagnolo Pata Negra (un prosciutto stupefacente). Si presenta con un colore rosso non troppo carico (a differenza dell’aglianico). Molto delicato in bocca, speziato, frutti rossi, tipo ciliegia, leggermente affumicato. L’annata 2017 va fatta decantare un’oretta, per permettere, così, di esprimere meglio i suoi aromi. Non è acido, la corpositá è molto contenuta. Lo consiglio 🍷”
