What to include in your email

Editorial corrections

Spotted a methodology error, a factual mistake, or a miscalculated score? Tell us: what the claim is, what the correct information is, and (if applicable) a link to the authoritative source that contradicts the claim. Corrections are handled publicly — if your correction is accepted, we publish an updated version of the affected page with an attribution line and a changelog entry.

Methodology feedback

Think our reviewer-admission rules are too loose, our cohort definitions are drawn wrong, K = 53 is the wrong shrinkage constant, or the percentile mapping shouldn't be an empirical CDF? We welcome it. Email [email protected] with your argument + data. Methodology changes go through a public-changelog version bump.

Journalist inquiries

Writing about rating inflation, review methodology, or consumer-trust topics? All Rankquant editorial content is CC-BY 4.0 (attribution required; see terms). For original comment, quote requests, or data access beyond what's published, email with your outlet, deadline, and angle. We respond to press within 48 hours.

Affiliate or commercial partnerships

Rankquant runs no affiliate program today. If you represent a retailer and want to propose one, email with your network (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, direct), category, and commission structure. Note: commissions could only ever change where an outbound link points, never a normalized score — the score is computed before any link is attached.

Partnerships with publications

If you operate a publication and want to embed or syndicate Rankquant content, methodology explainers, or data reports, they're CC-BY 4.0 — you can republish with attribution + a link. For deeper partnerships (co-published data reports, API data access), email.
