“A cuvée of 35% Grenache Noir, 35% Cinsault, 15% Syrah and 15% Tempranillo grapes from 40 year old vines from a vineyard on the foothills of Mount Lebanon at 900–1,200 m altitude with chalky and clay soils. Fermented in steel tanks and aged for one year in large used oak barrels.”
