“Green bell pepper, expansive slightly spicy finish. Cocoa undertones, slightly underripe raspberry, green herbs. Good with many types of food. We bought a couple more bottles and intend to review again as we see how it develops over time. Improved over the course of two hours (give it a shake too!). Pairing: leftovers on a very chilly evening! ❄️🥶🍷”
