Summary
In 1952, young medical student Ernesto Guevara and his friend Alberto Granado set out from Buenos Aires on a battered motorcycle for a continent-spanning journey across South America. As the trip strips away their comforts and exposes them to the poverty, injustice, and resilience of the people they meet, Ernesto's worldview is gradually transformed in ways that foreshadow the revolutionary he will become.
