Summary
After passing through a strange radioactive mist at sea, an ordinary man named Scott Carey begins to slowly and inexorably shrink. As he grows smaller, he must confront the collapse of his marriage, his career, and his sense of self, eventually facing terrifying ordeals inside his own home, including a battle for survival against a house cat and a spider in the cellar.
