Summary
A corrupt, racist Los Angeles cop in 1999, Dave Brown, finds his career and personal life unraveling after he is caught on video brutally beating a suspect. As internal affairs, a federal investigation, and the press close in amid the Rampart Division scandal, he spirals through self-destructive choices that alienate his unconventional family and push him toward the edge.
