“Um ótimo vinho! Vinho leve de taninos macios e pouca acidez. A primeira coisa que nota se é um aroma herbal. E na sequência mostra notas de morangos maduros e frutas negras. Na boca apresenta um leve toque de maçã verde e ao fundo um pouco de pêssego. Depois de uma hora respirando apresenta notas de especiarias. Acompanha muito bem com carne de cordeiro ou mignon ao molho de pimenta.”
