Is Carménère Reserva a good wine?

What reviewers say

“Catch up notes from Stroud Wine Society "Taste of South America" tasting by Vinotopia. I do enjoy a Carmenere and this one gives decent QPR. Very dark black/ruby red in the glass with nose of blackcurrant and raspberry with a hint of pepper. Dry, high acidity with medium to medium+ body, 14% abv and fine tannins. Some subtle oak ageing gives some added richness and structure to the mouthfeel. Flavours of cherry, bitter chocolate and pepper with a long dry finish.”
