“I first tasted this Cab at an Italian joint I’ve grown to love. The first sip felt a bit “flat.” But then I had the second sip and felt badly for my jump to judgement. We are good at judging quickly aren’t we? It’s as if everyone is a wine to be rated. 3.5 here-4.3 there.”
