Is Stokes' Ghost Petite Sirah a good wine?

What reviewers say

“Dark translucent ruby, full body, heavy legs. Serve @ 68F. Aroma of black cherry, blackberry and plum with smoke and bitter dried herbs. Decant overnight adds cream. Soft dry palate, medium acidity. Blueberry, blackberry, plum and mild raspberry. Mid transition of vanilla, cocoa and medium baking spice. Warm pepper heat, small licorice. Firm leather tannins, high oak toast. Fine grit graphite minerality. Long unwavering dark fruit and vanilla close. Aftertaste of tobacco smoke.”
