Al naso intenso, complesso e fine con sentori iniziali di frutta come ciliegia, prugna, frutti di bosco, more e lamponi, leggerissima nota di vaniglia e sentori evoluti di tabacco e affumicato. In bocca è secco, caldo, abbastanza morbido, abbastanza fresco, abbastanza tannico e abbastanza sapido. Vino robusto, equilibrato, abbastanza intenso e abbastanza persistente.”
