Malbec - CS Premium Blend 2021, Malbec/CS/Merlot, 50/46/4, macerated 5d cold, wild yeast fermented 30d, 50% aged 6m in used French & American & 50% in SS. Deep garnet ruby. Aromas of plum, blackberry, ash, pepper, wood. Palate adds strawberry, cloves, chocolate, mint. Dry, M+ acidity, ABV 14%, M tannins, M+ body, M+ finish. Very good now or in a few years.”
