“The nose is slight but black cherry, slight barnyard, slight oak/wood. The flavor is black cherry, blueberry, pepper, volcanic minerals, some ash, tannin, tar, cayenne peppert, oak, lemon pepper spice, slight cocao, pepitas. Opaque pomegranate color. Full body. Velvety texture.”
