“Meraviglioso blend 60% Sangiovese e 40% Merlot, Petit Verdot e Cabernet Sauvignon. Il vino fermenta in parte in rovere francese, botti Tonneau per 3-4 mesi e successivamente affina per ulteriori 3-4 mesi in piccole botti sempre di rovere francese. 2021 provato nel 2025... Profumi di viola (violet) e oliva (castelvetrano olive) con sapori di marasca (black cherry) in lieve mineralità (minerality)... un vino decisamente intrigante, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!”
