“This cheapo was a rather pleasant surprise! Pale yellow with a touch of green. Apple really sticks out, but there's a good dose of ripe peach and tangerine as well. The palate follows the nose but turns more towards the citrus. There is lime now and as it develops, grapefruit becomes evermore present. Dry, not that acidic for a Riesling, but definitely crisp. Waters the mouth at the end and makes you take another sip. The fact that you can pay it with a couple of coins makes it even better!”
