Summary
Aromas, rst we nd fresh fruits notes -such as black cherries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrant and cassis. After the fruits, spices like white pepper and mint aromas appear. At the end notes from the wood like chocolate, caramel, smoke and toast, which denote the 16 months of ageing in new French oak.
