“Pale orangesicle color. Watermelon, raspberry, lemon, grapefruit, starfruit, and yellow apple . Three out of ten on the sweetness scale. Lightly sparkling. Very pleasant to sip. Fun. Served it with spaghetti and meatballs and green salad , alongside a Barbera d’asti. The Italian wine was not a great beverage and its flaws were not masked by the food, leaving this fun Portuguese rose the pairing winner! 🥇”
