“Az utolsó 2016-os palackom érdekes kísérlet volt. Így tíz esztendősen is kiváló bor. Jót tett neki az érlelés. Az illatjegyei nemesedtek, az ízjegyei pedig gyönyörűen összeértek. Egy közepes testű, bársonyos ízű, füstölt húsos, avaros, szilvás illatú borrá kerekedett.”
