“WOW I should probably stop saying that I don't drink bubbles. Lately I've been drink more bubbles and really enjoying it. This NV Champagne from France is really so fresh. Dankie Dankie @Markus It's rich & smooth with fine bubbles. Fresh green apples, peach and pear on the nose. The nose follows through onto the palate with a creamy mouthfeel and fresh acidity. Can this really be so refreshing. Right at the end, that last glass, I got a hint of brioche and citrus (nartjie). Bottled: 22/01/2021”
