“Color: Pale yellow. Nose: Very toasty with a hint of nashi pear and lemon (I'm already in a Japanese mood). Palate: Extremely fizzy with sharp mineral bites, then apple and white fruit. Finishes with lemon. This is one of the more aggressively sparkling Champagnes I've had.”
