Is Pinot Noir a good wine?

What reviewers say

“Solid Pinot Noir. Dry, bold and very tannic. It’s very earthy and has a strong smell and flavor of cherry and raspberry. The tannins can be a bit overwhelming if you’re not used to it so I would not recommend for the causal wine drinker. Definitely for a seasoned wine lover.”
