“Mi hanno regalato questa bottiglia, del 2007, aperta 2 ore prima della degustazione. Sono passati 11 anni ma questa bottiglia era meravigliosa, profumi nitidi di frutta matura rossa, equilibrato al palato con i tannini ben regolati a volte, sbagliando ho avuto fretta, questa volta ho atteso e sono stato ricompensato. Ho cucinato delle bistecche di cavallo fresche alla piastra. Grazie dott Antonio C.”
