“Another spectacular Nebbiolo wine. What a win! Dark berry fruit forward. Light in nature with medium tannins and acidity. Dark red cherry, slight smoke, and red raspberry fruit profile. I imagine it would balance wonderfully with bolognese pasta, pepperoni pizza, or a mushroom risotto. I bought this at a wine story on East 23rd street during summer of 2025 in nyc and I am so glad I did! I would try more from this winery since I really did enjoy getting to know this bottle and Nebbiolo grape.”
