“Aparência: rubi médio com reflexos granada; límpido, lágrimas finas. Nariz: intensidade média(+), cereja azeda, framboesa, rosa seca, violeta, anis, chá preto, alcatrão e leve cedro. Palato: seco, acidez alta, taninos finos porém firmes, álcool médio(+), corpo médio, sabores de fruta vermelha, terra húmida e especiarias; final longo. Conclusão: boa(+); pronto para consumo, com potencial de 5–8 anos. Harmoniza com vitello tonnato, carnes grelhadas, cogumelos e queijos curados.”
