“Deep lemon-green. Nose: pineapple, orange rind, Asian pear, curd, crême brulèe and ash. Mouth: dry, med acidity, med+ body, flavours of baked pear, yellow apple, pineapple, citrus blossom, caramel and chalk. Med mineral finish. A mouthful of ash is what lingers behind the fruit.”
