“Nebbiolo de diferentes viñedos en el municipio de Montelupo Albese, a 450 m y de suelos poco profundos, arenosos y calcáreos. Fermenta con levaduras autóctonas (15% racimo entero), se cría en barricas grandes de roble durante unos 10 meses y se embotella sin filtrar. Fruta roja, muy floral, terroso, especiado, elegante, sedoso, delicado, con frescura y equilibrado.”
