“Eigenständige, im Betontank ausgebaute Naturwein-Cuvée aus 80% Garnacha, 15% Tempranillo und 5% Garnacha Blanca: trübes Himbeerrot, intrigante Aromatik von Leder, Stroh und trockener Erde, unterlegt von rotfruchtigen Nuancen (Erdbeeren, Kirschen, Cranberries). Im Antrunk saftig und weich, mit schlankem, leichtfüssigem Stil, geballtem Fruchtextrakt und ordentlich Bitternoten. Versöhnlicher Ausklang auf Noten frisch aufgeschnittener Erdbeeren.”
