Summary
A man raised like an attack dog by a brutal London loan shark escapes his captor and is taken in by a blind piano tuner and his stepdaughter, who show him kindness and a glimpse of a normal life. When his former handler tracks him down to reclaim his deadliest weapon, he must choose between the violence he was conditioned for and the humanity he is just beginning to discover.
