Summary
A daydreaming slacker (Weird Al Yankovic) is given the chance to run a failing UHF television station, Channel 62. With the help of an eccentric staff, including a hyperactive janitor turned kids' show host, he fills the airwaves with bizarre programming that turns the station into a surprise hit, drawing the wrath of a ruthless network rival who tries to shut him down.
