Summary
After more than thirty years as one of the Navy's top aviators, Captain Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell is pulled back to TOPGUN to train a squad of elite graduates for a near-impossible strike mission. Among them is Rooster, the son of his late friend Goose, forcing Maverick to confront old guilt while preparing the team to survive a mission many believe cannot be flown.
