Summary
British agent James Bond (Roger Moore) teams up with Soviet spy Major Anya Amasova to investigate the disappearance of nuclear submarines from both their fleets. Their uneasy alliance leads them to Karl Stromberg, a reclusive shipping magnate with plans to trigger global war and build a new civilization beneath the sea.
