Summary
A slick Hollywood studio executive who greenlights films starts receiving anonymous death threats from a writer he rejected. As he tries to identify his tormentor, a confrontation spirals into a cover-up that he must navigate while continuing to wheel and deal in the cutthroat movie business. Robert Altman's satire skewers Hollywood with a sprawling cast of cameos.
