Summary
During World War II, British mathematician Alan Turing joins a secret team at Bletchley Park tasked with breaking Nazi Germany's Enigma code. Clashing with colleagues and military brass, he designs a revolutionary machine to crack the cipher while concealing his homosexuality at a time when it was criminalized in Britain. The film intercuts his wartime work with his later prosecution and his school years.
