Summary
After a border dispute reveals that a small town in Quebec actually belongs to the United States, the disgraced former Vermont state troopers are reinstated and tasked with transitioning the area into an American highway patrol jurisdiction. The guys clash with the local Mounties, attempt to win over skeptical residents, and stumble onto a smuggling operation while indulging in their usual pranks and shenanigans.
