Summary
In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, a U.S. Army Special Forces team led by Captain Mitch Nelson is sent into northern Afghanistan to link up with a Northern Alliance warlord and take the fight to the Taliban. To cross brutal terrain and reach a strategic stronghold, the soldiers must fight on horseback alongside their local allies while calling in airstrikes against a far larger enemy force.
