Summary
A fictionalized account of the making of F.W. Murnau's silent vampire film Nosferatu, in which the obsessive director hires a mysterious method actor named Max Schreck to play the vampire Count Orlok. As production drags on and crew members begin falling ill or disappearing, the cast realizes that Schreck may in fact be a real vampire, and Murnau is willing to sacrifice them to capture the perfect image.
