Summary
In 1987 Los Angeles, a small-town girl arrives on the Sunset Strip chasing a singing career and falls for an aspiring rocker who works at the legendary Bourbon Room club. As the venue faces pressure from conservative protesters and financial ruin, the staff pins its hopes on a farewell show by a notoriously volatile rock god. Their intertwined stories play out through a jukebox of 1980s glam-metal hits.
