Summary
Hong Kong police officer Chan Ka-Kui takes down a powerful crime lord in a chaotic shantytown raid, then is assigned to protect the kingpin's secretary, the key witness against him. When the criminal walks free and frames Chan for murder, the disgraced cop must clear his name and bring the syndicate down himself, culminating in a destructive showdown inside a shopping mall.
