Summary
In late 1960s Chicago, FBI informant William O'Neal is coerced into infiltrating the Illinois Black Panther Party and getting close to its charismatic young chairman, Fred Hampton. As Hampton builds a multiracial Rainbow Coalition and rises as a national threat in the eyes of J. Edgar Hoover, O'Neal is pulled deeper into a betrayal with deadly consequences.
