Summary
Set during the 1944 Battle of the Scheldt in the Netherlands, this Dutch war film follows three intersecting characters: a young Dutch teenager fighting for the Germans, a British glider pilot stranded behind enemy lines, and a Dutch nurse drawn into the resistance. Their fates converge as Allied forces struggle to clear the Scheldt estuary and open the port of Antwerp.
Released in 2020, The Forgotten Battle is an action, adventure and war film.
Its in-cohort standing is measured against the other 7,929 2020s films, not against the whole corpus. A second review pool sits behind it as well: 56 Rotten Tomatoes reviewers clear the same calibration test, and Rankquant scores them separately. 238 IMDb reviewers are calibrated for this title, and those are the ones the calibrated score reads; a separate, broader pool of 245 reviewers with at least two reviews each feeds the raw-average track.
