Summary
Four college pledges must spend the night in Garth Manor, an old mansion where years earlier the patriarch murdered his family. As part of their fraternity and sorority hazing, the upperclassmen rig the house with pranks to scare them, but a real survivor of the family massacre is still living in the manor's tunnels and begins stalking the pledges.
