Summary
A hotshot rookie race car named Lightning McQueen accidentally gets stranded in a small, forgotten town called Radiator Springs on Route 66. Forced to repair the damage he caused, McQueen befriends the quirky local residents, particularly the town doctor Doc Hudson, Sally, and a friendly tow truck named Mater, gradually learning that friendship and community matter more than fame and racing trophies.
