“Bold body Californian Chardonnay! Rather dry. High acidity. Strong mineral balance. Strong oak feeling. Hint of pineapple or citrus. Full body. Rather long and balanced finish. Smooth. This producer is very famous here in Japan... He is Japanese famous musician! Good pineapple-like taste with nice floral aroma came in the first attack, and aftertaste was not so long but balanced. It would have been better if the finish would have been much longer. Good pairing with Japanese seafood cuisine.”
