“3.65⭐: Un vino fresco y sabroso, primer Sauvignon Blanc americano que tomo. En nariz posee sentí un equilibrio positivo entre fruta y notas vegetales, poca mineralidad. En boca acidez media alta, lo justo para un Sauvignon Blanc, intensidad moderada, pimiento verde, lima, granadilla, cáscaras de naranja, menta, un poco salino, algunas notas de miel o almíbar. En general es un vino rico, interesante, amigo de la comida marina...en mi caso lo maridé con ceviche, muy recomendable tomarlo a 9 °C.”
