The once-firm, youthful tannins have softened beautifully , revealing a complex, harmonious bouquet: dried cherry, plum, wild thyme, cedar, and a distinctive savoury mushroom and earthy loam complexity . The palate is medium-bodied and velvety, with refined, integrated tannins providing a polished frame . Vibrant acidity carries layered red fruit and spice towards a long, savoury finish with subtle stony mineral notes .”

Summary
Deep purple with purple hues. Ripe cherry and dark fruit on the nose, with complex savoury aromas of leather and mushroom, together with a hint of dried herbs. Concentrated, rich, ripe plum and cherry on the palate with mouth caressing, velvety tannins. This wine has a lovely minerality and an extremely long finish.
