“Pulled fresh in the bottle, directly from the winery comes this 100% Pinot Blanc. Hand-harvested, indigenous yeast fermentation, no fining, no filtering, no added sulphites. Glass: cloudy straw yellow. Nose: floral, hints of pear and elderberry, some citrus. Palate: fresh, youthful, slightly tart, musty fruity notes, few tannins, medium finish. Fitting to this wine hot summer days knocking at the door! 3.8⭐”
