“Tatsächlich das erste Mal, dass ich einen Wein von Von Winning im Glas hatte. Deswegen auch ganz bewusst mit dem ‚einfachsten‘ unter den Gutsweinen begonnen. Und ich kann sagen, dass auch der mich schon überzeugt. Der Drache Riesling wird komplett im Stahltank ausgebaut.”
