“Vol I Dol, Catalunya, of the Codorniu group (see previous review). Tinto, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, short maceration of hours in stainless steel then yeast quickly added. Aged a few months in deposit to round & soften the tannins. Deep ruby appearance.”
