De wijn heeft slechts 5 dagen schilinweking gehad en geeft zulke mooie ronde smaken van jam, rijp fruit kersen, zoethout, ceder, aardbei, aarde en potloodslijpsel. Hij is zoet en hartig tegelijk, helder, complex met hoge zuren, zachte tannines en een eindeloze afdronk.”
